The start of the problem didn't coincide with my moving to LR Classic.Įdit, the green progress bar is across the Photolab icon. The "export to DXO>export back to LR" process did originally work successfully, in LR 6.14.

One solution from the DXO Forum was that my Windows folder properties are set to "read only" but I can't change that. I have twice had a Windows error message at the point of failure. I've tried DXO Tech Support but I think they have given up on it.

I have downloaded a trial copy of the latter and that doesn't work either! In most cases I get a black image with a pattern of coloured dots throughout.
